Answer:	Yes. These worked very well for me. I no longer have any pain on the balls of my feet.

Answer:	No, they don't work for a size 9.5/10. I put them on for 15 minutes and they were causing discomfort on the outside of the foot, edges were cutting into my foot.

Answer:	Not if you were the sleeve,it would show. If you just wore the pad it could work but since you wouldnt be using a sleeve to hold it in place, it might move throughout the day. I wouldnt recommend with heels,better with close toed shoes.

Answer:	Easy. Wash the gel pads with a little hand soap, then rinse, and then place on a dry place to dry, sticky side up. the sleeve can also be washed by hand. I have never tried it in the washing machine.

Answer:	Yes they can be used in walking shoes, in fact, I find they fit better when used in this way. I find dress shoes with laces are the best way to use the inserts. They are too tight for my dress loafers.

Answer:	Hello Mary,I am not a doctor, but I would imagine they would work. I wear mine every day in my tennis shoes. At first, they were uncomfortable, but I have become so used to them, I hardly notice I am wearing them. You do need to wear them for short periods of time at first, just to get used to them. This past weekend, I stayed in and did not wear shoes at all. I really noticed it when I put my shoes on this morning. I could FEEL the support and think my arches did drop a little over the weekend. I was diagnosed with plantar faciitis early in the summer, and it would have ruined my life but for two things: 1) rolling a golf ball from the heel to the ball of my foot for an hour per night. Answer:	I have a wide foot and it is tight putting on but not to wear. I think it should be fine unless you are extremely narrow. I believe the copper on the foot is the main issue. It is 3 3/4 in. when laid flat. I need to stretch it quite a bit to get it on. Hope this helps. I can tell you that wearing it has helped me considerably.

Answer:	The size is always the same and always comfortable, maybe due to the material conforming to foot. I have several pairs, different colors. They last well for me. If dirty, I occasionally run them through washer and air dry. Most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. My teacher daughter says her feet feel good even after standing on them all day in her Toms/Bobs.

Answer:	Bobs normally don’t have a smell they are made with great memory foam quality product and if you have a problem with smelly shoes it’s more likely your feet. your feet need to be washed better and to prevent odor from coming back I recommend to put lotion or oil on them. Tea tea infused lotion helps a lot and prevents dead skin from building up back onto your feet as well.

Answer:	yes, plus a nubby one that is quite low. I tried the low inserts first but found that the medium was best for me. They take a bit of getting used to but I like them better than my custom made orthotics!
