Answer: A fine steel knife such as Henckles are I’d never subject their edge to suck harsh chemicals as used in dishwashers, never!! I LOVE my Henckles, their absolutely the BEST quality and their steak knives are the best I’ve ever had as well.. NO DISHWASHER EVER !!
