Answer:	I have the white ones with silver strip on the side. They do not have laces. they have 5 silver eyelets going up the front with fake bands across them to make it look like fake laces if you look quickly. But these are slip on shoes and do not lace up

I say this based on one person's review where they placed a carrot in one of the fingers of the glove and when they ran it down the mandolin, it cut right off.

Answer:	I have been working in Dialysis for 22 years and was so happy to find the only shoe the was comfortable to work on for 8 to 12 hours on my feet. They are light weight with a great arch support so from the 90's when I started wearing them, I head know problems until I switched and started having pain from other shoes. Answer:	You have 2 locks to latch it with. It opens along with the second one. They have a little latch on each one on one side. Lift the latch and remove it.
