Answer:	Decent but not great. When I used it out of box however it CAUSED a plantar fasciitis problem. I think that condition is partly caused by poor support in general, not just arch. I put some inexpensive full foot gel supports however and that mostly solved the problem. I STILL prefer my Saucony Excursion TR8' s however (my original review said 7 but I was mistaken, they were 8's). If you can find the 7's or 8's anywhere, I recommend them.

Answer:	The insole is removable BUT when I received my order the insole was badly placed inside the shoes (both). The front of the shoe’s insole was folded inward and terrible position.

Answer:	They are not waterproof. Most consider this an advantage as they dry quickly. With "waterproof shoes" your feet get wet with sweat and stay wet. If you get water in a waterproof shoe with rain, they stay wet. With these, your feet get wet either way but by drying quickly, they will be more comfortable overall and especially in hot weather.

Answer:	If you wear an insole, yes. The big toe is the area the hole will show up in. It took 2 months for a hole to show up in mine, that being said, I get 40,000+ steps in during a work shift. It may take 4-6 months for the average person to get a hole from walking. I will say that these shoes are extremely comfortable, though; it feels like I'm walking on gummy bears.
