Answer:	I run on snowy, icy roads a lot. These are way better than regular shoes. If you hit a patch of black ice though you still have to be careful.

Answer:	The XTRM’s seem to fit pretty true to sizing for most people. They are not super wide in the toe box, but they are not narrow either. Most people are OK with going with their standard size shoe, or the the size that most shoes fit comfortably. If you are normally between 1/2 sizes, we recommend you go up one 1/2 size. The XTRM’s will feel a little stiff and/or tight at first. Keep that in mind as you are trying them on inside at home. We do have a return policy if you need to use it. Just keep the shoes clean by not wearing them outside.

Answer:	They do not have holes, but they do shed water quickly. These were designed for OCR, Sky Running, and fell running. Most of the top OCR pros choose VJ shoes.

Answer:	Half size bigger. I wear 8.5 in ASICS and I wear a 9 in these.

Answer:	All of my inov8 shoes have a small toe box. I would recommend going into a store(or using amazon closet) and trying these and maybe some Alta mud shoes as they have a larger toe box.

Answer:	Yes! I wore them for my first Spartan Sprint a couple of weeks ago. They fared better than I did, and I was happy to have them for some of the more difficult terrain.

With running shoes, in general, we recommend for people to bump up half a size from their true foot size. Answer:	I’ve only had my sauconys for a few weeks and only used them outside but I don’t see why they wouldn’t work for indoor and on carpet. They do have great traction!
