How to choose the right size?

For this maternity girdle we recommend you to measure the circumference of your belly (from the lower back to the bottom of your belly which is around the area where the belt will be worn) and choose a belt according to the belt sizes in the description in the lower range of your measurement in order to plan for belly growth.

As the belly grows and position of the hooks and loops fabric on abdominal pad changes, you might want to cut the hooks and loops band again (more explanations below).
3. Attach the hooks and loops fabric of the back support to the location on the abdominal pad that provides the desired tension.

Answer:	Hi Nicki! I am 5'8 and they had plenty of extra length for me. I am not sure about the inseam but I imagine they would stop just below the ankle on a tall woman like yourself. They were SUPER comfortable though.
Question:	Do these offer compression support for vericose veins
Answer:	No - they don’t. I have two pairs now and they are great for everyday wear but are a very lightweight cotton and actually get a little baggy/stretched out after a few wears. Definitely not for compression fit. I hope this helps!

Answer:	The size chart says typically a medium is 8-10 and large 12-14. I would say it depends on where you are at on that scale. If you are more 10-12 go with the bigger size. It does have a lot of stretch to it. I bought the small and it fit me all throughout my pregnancy and still fits after losing all the weight! Hope this helps.
