Answer:	Treat it like any other nose stud but this has a slightly fatter end so it won't fall out. They are comfy depending on how long you've had your piercing. Mine is over a year old so it's not as painful as before and this is a thinner style which I liked better.

Answer:	If your nose is already gauged to a 22 then no it won't fall out but if you're going from an 18 or 20 gauge down to a 22, then it's going to be lose. Your nose will close up around the jewelry. But it has a small ball at the end of it which prevents the jewelry from falling out. I have not had any problems with it falling out.

Answer:	I have not had a single problem with mine. Everyone's body chemistry is different. So, one person may react to the plating even though most won't. There are a few key things to take care of plated jewelry. Never get it wet! If you do, wipe it off immediately. Wipe your ring at least a couple of times a week to remove skin oils. Just use a soft cloth. Never use jewelry cleaner on plated jewelry. The chemicals wear it off. Keep it stored in a box, pouch or something to keep it from getting scratched. If it's truly sterling silver, under the plating, you may notice a silver wearing through over time. The gold plating will not last forever. If you do all of this, you can probably get a couple of years out of it though, unless you have very acidic skin.
