Answer:	Shipping from China Supplier. BEWARE of anything saying it's Turquoise.... It may be Dyed Howlite. Dyed Turquoise is very even colored. To check you can break a bead & if it's white inside you have dyed Howlite! **Another test you can take a Qtip or cotton swab, dip in alcohol & rub the stone. If the color comes off on the Qtip & the stone lightens in color or the stone appears white.., you have Dyed Howlite & it's NOT REAL Turquoise.

Answer:	You can use Tex 400 s-Lon cord. It is nylon but looks like silk. Top tip: use clear nail polish to stiffen the cord. Dip in bottle, let dry till hard, 5-10 mins. The hard end is like a needle.

Question:	I've seen some reviews indicating glass instead of actual crystals. Can anyone please confirm the authenticity of these crystals? Thank you
Answer:	Raw crystal quartz looks and feels like a chunk of glass, mainly because glass is made from fused quartz crystals that have been melted at a high temperature. The included purple amethyst also looks like glass because amethyst is a variety of quartz. If you were to polish the roughly hewn chunk of quart or amethyst, you would find a beautiful shine underneath, with some crystal grains visible (unless you received a remarkably clear chunk of crystal). Chunks of glass have will have what you call a marbling effect (spirals of convex shapes) because of the way the glass poured into a mold as it was still hot. Hope this helps. As for the red stone, the hardness level of it is softer, so you may actually be rubbing off tiny specks of red rock. If you were to break the rock in half, the center will be the same color and consistency as the outside.

Answer:	When I viewed them on line, I thought they would be bright, clear purple amethyst. When I received them, they were dark like the image here. They are dark and cloudy and if that is what they are supposed to be, then they are as advertised; but not my favorite.
