Question:	Does the 14 in measurement include the external side pockets? What does the main compartment measure
Answer:	I would say yes. Main compartment measures approx 13 wide x 10 deep. The side pockets are very flat against the purse unless you unzip them, then they open wide enough for a full sized water bottle, held by a mesh pocket. I have this purse in black and brown and use them every day. Inside compartment will fit my large wallet, checkbook, two eyeglass cases, keys, Kindle and lots of etc. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Yes, I just tried it. Fits perfectly. It also holds my medium size camera. I love this bag and used it when I recently traveled for a month in Europe. With all the pickpockets there, I always knew my things were secure as long as it was locked. Tip - buy a small carabiner lock for the zipper on the small outside pocket. I got mine at Amazon. I love this purse and I am still using it as my everyday handbag.

Answer:	Yes, I bought this bag because you can wear it crossbody, as I am traveling to Rome, and want to make it very hard for those pickpockets to get my bag. I am 5"4" and have ample strap room with plenty to spare to wear cross-body.

Question:	Does this bag have to be worn cross body
Answer:	No, you can wear it on one shoulder, but it is most secure as a cross body bag, as it cannot be grabbed that way. It was very comfortable as a cross body bag and extremely convenient. We toured with a group and everyone had one and we were all very happy with this purchase. I have since loaned mine to other friends who have travelled and one person bought their own as they liked it that much.
Question:	Can iPad mini fit in this bag
Answer:	I have THIS bag (Pacsafe Metrosage LS100 3L), as well as the smaller iteration of this which can be worn as a crossbody or a hip bag (link below). In the Metrosafe LS100, you can most definitely fit an iPad mini...but not a full-size iPad. The main reason I bought the 3L bag was because I could comfortably stow my mini, as well as all the other stuff that I would bring along while traveling abroad, including a sm bottle of water & flat, mini umbrella. It's a great travel bag w/lots of security features. Answer:	The outside pocket is rather small for a water bottle. Maybe a small one may fit but I don't think that is the purpose. Usually my cell phone is in that pocket.

Answer:	We took it overseas and it went through screening fine though they may ask you to empty it because i think there are thin strips of metal in the straps to make it difficult for a thief to cut and run with it and i am sure tsa is familiar with the bags.

Answer:	I agree that a mini iPad will likely fit, but you won't get in anything else bulky. A normal sized iPad wouldn't, especially if it has any sort of cover on it at all.

Answer:	I was going to say "No' because I have never tried to carry either in the bag. But the answer is "Yes." I got my bag, put a small bottle of water (the size you pick up in a Deli for $1.00) and my small fold up umbrella, which I have been carrying for two years in my regular everyday bag). These two went into the central compartment. On top of them I put my reading glasses in a case, and then my bulky sunglasses. You can snuggle your passport or whatever in there. In the front pocket, I put my cell phone. In the other front pocket, I can put my credit card, metro card, driver's license and a #20 bill. (With the umbrella and water bottle, I would not want to carry my bulky wallet). So now I still have the two long pockets- one above the two front pockets and one in the back of the bag. Definitely, my mirror , lipstick, eyedrops, pen and whatever will go in the front long pocket. But catastrophe- where do I put my Kindle. I would forego everything else but the Kindle. And wow. The Kindle fits into the back long pocket.So I have done a test run. Put all of this stuff in my bag and all compartments close, the bag does not look bulky and it is not overly heavy. And you can get more stuff in-tissues, check book. I am glad you asked the question. Now I know it can be done and quite comfortably.
Question:	what prevents a thief from just pulling it off over your head
Answer:	IF you are concerned about that then only put non-essentials in the bag and wear a body pouch under your clothes with documents, cards, cash etc. Nothing can prevent it from being pulled off. I tend to wear it under a vest or jacket

Answer:	Yes, the entire rear organizer is RFID blocking including slots for credit cards, passport and pockets for travel documents.

Answer:	The strap length is fine, very adjustable. The bad news is that the bag does not expand enough in depth. Trying to put a smart phone in an external pocket for accessibility is not a good fit at all. Bag has lots of pockets but is just not deep enough in my opinion.

Answer:	There is an inside pocket area behind a zipper that is covered by the flap. So, if you have your ID or money in that pocket a pickpocket would have to undo the front flap and unzip the pocket then reach in and undo another small piece which is a lot of work. I had a pickpocket in Paris try to do just that but it took so long for him to do as there were so many steps that I felt him do it and confronted him.
Question:	What is the weight of this bag
Answer:	I believe it's under a pound when empty. It can hod quite a lot, so I'm sure it can wind up weighing a few pounds, depending on what you're carrying. I have carried quite a bit (including a water bottle and travel umbrella in addition to other "typical" items) and found it to be comfortable to cary the bag crossbody-style and because of the wide strap.

Answer:	Capacity varies depending on the style you choose. Carefully look at the actual dimensions of each style. Personally some of the smaller and moderately sized bags are just too cramped to get in and out of in a hurry. A lot depends on how you will use the bag, if you have a family and need to be prepared with lots of stuff, get the larger. If you're carefree and unencumbered a smaller simpler style for only the absolute essentials might be better. Search around, there are video presentations on QVC for several Travelon bags. Sometimes there prices or easy pay is better sometimes Amazon.
