Answer:	These shirts are not see through even in white. The material is pretty nice cotton.

Answer:	Its not super soft, but its not stiff. Like a normal t shirt

Answer:	It is a bit boxy especially between the underarm and bust. It has that tug of material and doesn’t shape well in this area. It definitely doesn’t taper in at the waist as shown on model.

Answer:	I wear a women's medium (5'6" 131 lbs) and ordered a large, as I wanted a looser fit. This was still a really tight fit and the neck felt very uncomfortable, almost like it was on backwards (I confirmed that it wasn't). I really don't think these are true to size. I bought three for work and these looked and felt like junior sizes, not women's. "Nano" does mean "a very small item by one definition, so I think I was shafted.

Answer:	No it won't cause a fire in your format fireplace. I've used these for years in that exact manner. However, I used artificial logs not real wood so there was never a risk of fire. The artificial logs look real and the cans placed in between give a nice fire with a crackle with no mess. The cans last about 3 hours and I have no mess to clean up but all the enjoyment of a real fire. Just throw the cans away & you are ready for your next fire. Hope this helps!

Just prep the surface with a light sanding as you would in most any paint project.Just to give you an idea of how porous the factory finish is: I used a 'non-scratch' sponge pad and water to remove bird droppings on my cover. Regardless, I marred the finish. So I'll be painting it someday too.

Answer:	I would actually say either because if you measured the opening itself it would be close to 3 1/2, but if you measured the can from side to side it will be 4. They do well behind faux logs and in faux fireplaces and that I know for sure!

Answer:	The flames shoots up to about the height of the can (so maybe 4-6 inches) and should be seen through fire glass. I have a fake log configuration and it has a hole in the logs, so I see the flames through there and over the top of 'logs'. Hope this helps. I also sometimes use 2-3 cans for extra atmosphere. And the gel 'crackles' very satisfyingly.

Answer:	As to specific size, had an installer do the work so don't know exactly. Can tell you all the parts were standard off the shelf gas fittings and look like the same size for a gas stove or hot water heater.

Answer:	There is room but I believe code says you cannot put it underneath. Mine is the same and the pipe sticks out right next to the unit with a shutoff valve on it.

Answer:	Outside of the manual valve coming from the main line hook-up of your home, and the valve/flame control at the ignition point, I dont believe there is anything else in place. Don't quote me on that though!

Answer:	The gas line does best come up under the unit in the corner closest to the control panel. I buried the line prior to installing pavers so that it would come up at that locale. Leave 4-6" of line above finish grade. I insatalled a shutoff valve both at the place where the line goes underground and at the terminal point below the pit.

Answer:	I installed mine directly to the concrete slab and poured a self leveling compound over the top. It works just fine. I think the larger concrete slab acts as a giant heat sink and maybe doesn’t get as warm as it might otherwise and/or takes a little longer to heat up. That said, it works great and gets plenty warm where we actually laid it... in front of the sinks and in front of the shower. If you step off that area you can tell an immediate difference and I wish we’d put down a little more than we did.

Question:	How many are in the pkg
Answer:	Hi Geroy, we typically recommend the industry best practices for manufactured products you are using. Many of the thin set/mortar manufacturers have videos on you tube of how to apply the thin set or mortar. I think the best method is to use a self leveling product over the heating cables first before the main tile installation. This protects the heating cable from the notched trowel that is required for tile and essentially it looks like a regular floor without heating cable. Please call is if you have any questions during the installation, we have stellar tech support!
Question:	Is the white see through
Answer:	The cable in the mesh cannot be cut, but the cable can be removed from the mesh material to make a free flowing cable to get around obstacles. These cables have a factory determined resistance and cutting the cable would change the output of the system and most likely cause a fault to occur. The nice thing about the free flowing cable systems is that you can change the spacing in order to fit pretty much any square footage desired. We try to offer as many sizes of mats as possible.
Question:	Does this come in a crew neck style
Answer:	Yes, it comes with a programmable thermostat and you can set different times for different days of week, and you can program twice a day - so maybe a 3 hour chunk in the morning and other chunk at night.

Answer:	Certainly possible, I am just not sure how well it will work thru that thickness of that stone. I have heard from others that their floor heater gets too hot to use. Mine is set to 76 and it is not hot, just very comfortable to walk on during the cold ohio weather. I have not cranked it up to the high setting which I think is 82. I would think if your granite supplier is familiar with this and say it works, I would have no hesitation that this unit could not do the job.
