| Answer: | This shirt is not cotton. La Leela calls it 100% terivoile, which apparently is a kind of polyester. I find it very comfortable to wear, unlike most polyester. The label says to hand wash but I don't and it comes out of the dryer looking good. La Leela does make some 100% cotton shirts. | Answer: | This fabric is like a silky polyester, light weight weave. It resists wrinkling, but since it resembles the texture of polyester, it is not a fabric that "breathes" like cotton does. I usually wear size extra small or small so I ordered small. However, it is really huge - fits me like a men's medium. I'm 5 ft. 5 in. and weigh 100 lbs. I usually tie at the waist because there is plenty of cloth to do that. The colors are vibrant and shirt washes beautifully then I hang it up to dry. |
