Answer:	I would go with 12/14. I’m 5’3 135lb, with a long torso. I had to get a 12 to fit my torso. I started with and 8 & 10.

Answer:	I have found that you can pretty much create the length you want. I have a long torso, so I like to pull mine up all the way, but I have played around with them and made them into belly button high bottoms, or even lower than that! I cannot day enough good things about this style for women honestly. Worst comes to worst though, you could just return them. Just leave the tags on and wear underwear when you first try it on. I have bought worse ones than these for 50$-100$ So if you are thinking about it, start here first, because any shop will rip you off. Hope that helps!
