| Answer: | Medium or large you will grow some throughout pregnancy and nursing. I started as a 34 c and large fits well. The bra stretches out some throughout the day and gets a little looser but goes back to normal after a wash. I would say whatever size you would normally buy a sports bra in to buy the same size for these. |
