Answer:	The material IS soft. It isn't really what I would call clingy....maybe because it is fairly "full" and hangs kind of loosely. I would call it more "swingy." I think it feels good....very comfortable. It doesn't wrinkle very easily either. When I first received it in the mail, it had some wrinkles around the hem. I pressed it with a coolish iron around the bottom. Wore it all day yesterday, including 4 hour traveling in a car and it was virtually wrinkle free at the end of the day.

Answer:	Yes but the straps are still too long for me. I'm 5'7" and weigh about 138 lbs if that helps. I cut the straps by about an inch and sewed them back together. Not a big deal to me but I'll be aware next time.
