Answer:	Yes, it is. The tablets are still pretty hard to break, though--they're thick and small-diameter. I ended up using a paring knife anyway--they're really hard to break by hand. At least this bottle was... I've gotten other 4mg chlorpheniramine tablets that were thinner and softer and broke along the score easily.
