| Answer: | The box states that 3X is for 5'2" to 6.0" and weights 170-250. Thus, I would conclude that you are close enough to a 3X to make that the ideal size. However, keep in mind that 4X is for 5'3" to 6.0" and weights 230-300. Some women find that going up a size gives them a non-binding fit and is just more comfortable. I went up a size for that reason. The fit is great - no bagging and no slipping down. I was in a hurry when I ordered them and overlooked that there are 2 pair in each box so I have lots of them.
