Answer:	I'm 5' 5" It is Not to the floor, but hit about lower calf - I needed mine for a hospital (surgery) event and i wore it home. I did not need anything way too long to get tangled in covers, i wore ankle slippers with it as it was cold in January an kept me plenty warm for the journey home and into my bed.
