Answer:	I have long arms and the L/XL sleeves were long on me. About 5'8" and 170 lb. I would caution that unless you are more like and XXL or even an XXXL don't order the L/XL. I always wear an Xl and this robe was enormous on me and had to return. Shoulders about 6-8 inches off shoulder line which made the sleeves over long. The length on the robe, at least the L/XL, was longer than most robes which is nice for a tall woman. The thickness of the fabric was also heavier than typical. This is a heavy robe.

Answer:	I ordered a small. I'm 5' 5" and 123 and it was really large on me. I'm not sure truthfully. Don't want to lead you in the wrong direction. It was fairly long on me so would assume even a bit longer on her. Hope this helps somewhat.

Answer:	I got an L/XL. 5'8" 218 pounds and I wear size 16/18 pant and XL/XXL top average, depending on the cut. For the person you want to purchase for, I would say go to the XL/XXL only because of her pants size. The robe seems to run bigger in the top. If you go smaller, it very well may fit her top, but be to snug around the bottom. It is a "big and fluffy" robe, but oh so snuggly and warm. Hope this helps.
