Answer:	I don't have the packaging any longer and it does not list a TOG on the tag. It is a thin fleece material. I would not count on it to keep my child warm outside but it would keep them cozy in a chilly room with an under shirt underneath. The biggest issue is they run extremely large! My 16 month old still wears his size 6-12 months and he still has room to grow!

Answer:	2-3t for sure. The way its made allows for good movement even if its a bit too big or too small. My tall 20 month old has been using the 2-3t for 4 months and im sure we will get another year or more out of it. I liked it so much i ordered another one. Keeps her warm and also doesnt allow her to lift her leg all the way up to hoist heself out of the crib.
