Answer:	No, the material is very soft and the knot is unobtrusive for sit ups, leg lifts and other boot camp type exercises. I do keep it low on my back, as low as possible to cover my tummy and therefore the knot is rather small. I could make the knot larger by cinching it up higher and making the shirt more form fitting in the front, but I prefer a modest look.

This one is designed very short, and it was just barely the right length for me and I'm only 5'0 tall. I wouldn't get a "long torso", just a more normal length one.

It did create quite a bit of back fat, and shoved my muffin top down so there's a small bulge near my upper thighs. But it's not noticeable with regular clothing on. I might order another one in XL and start with that for longer periods of time and gradually transition into the Large once it's more comfortable.

Answer:	I guess it depends on how you wear it. I like to wear it as a short slip under my bodycon skirts, so I have more trouble with them rolling down than up. Keep in mind these garments do not have silicone rubber non-slip bands. But, overall, I'd say it's a minor inconvenience. They still do exactly what I purchased them for.
