I was skeptical buying a waist trainer and then when I decided to, I wasn't sure what brand to buy. After researching I settled on the Ann Darling. Sizing was straight forward, I measured my waist at 30 inches so I bought a Large size and it was spot on. Putting it on for the first time was difficult, I nearly broke a sweat trying to get it on the first clasp. It gets easier as you wear it and it will break in after use. It's perfect under clothes, you can't tell. I wear it to work for up to 8 hrs then take it off. I've had it for 2 weeks, and have worn it everyday for 5-6 hrs a day and I'm down 2 inches, 28 inch waist and I'm on my last set of clasps! Can't wait to order a size down. Shipping was fast! Answer:	Do not buy this, I got a large, I am 5’6, 160Lbs , couldn’t even think about getting the front pieces 8”from each other . This may fit a size 2.... they wouldn’t need it.

Answer:	Absolutely no boob support : I have no boobs so I wasnt a problem for me lol but the trainer stops under the bust so additional bra is needed

Answer:	I would recommend a large. I ordered a large for myself, and I am 5’-2” 145lbs and it fit, but it was a bit too big. It didn’t squeeze my waist like I wanted it to. The large was comfortable during workouts, however, I needed to order a medium if I wanted it to look good under clothing.
