Answer:	I got a small and I really should have gotten a medium. I would go a size up from what you usually get... this item is really sturdy and isn't going to do any stretching. BUT, in all honesty, you cannot do anything in this shaper. It is unbelievably restricting and I only wore mine for a week. I have since switched to one of the light fabric ones with the steel boning and I'm much happier. I can actually go for a long walk wearing it and not feel like I'm suffocating.

Answer:	I am a 36B. The largest it comes in is XXL which is the size is ordered. It was snug at first but having to wear it constantly and several washings has made it comfortable. I am happy with the purchase.

Answer:	I am also a 34C, and I bought a medium, but it was WAY too tight on my ribs, even on the loosest setting. The band goes down farther that most regular bras, and my ribs tend to protrude more below the bra line. I'm sending it back for a large.

Answer:	Normally a 42 C/D, but with post-surgical swelling, my cup and band size increased. (Too tired to measure.) I ordered the 2XL and it fit fine. Will be able to size down the band as the edema goes down, just by choosing different eye hook positions.
