Answer:	it is a medium hold. I would say it depends on your breast size.

Answer:	The black one I bought is 86% nylon and 14% spandex so it is a flat weave and has somewhat of a sheen but I wouldn't call it shiny. Considering it's nylon/spandex I would call it more matte. Mine is soft and comfortable for working in the garden or as a bathing suit top for a dip in the pool.

Answer:	I think a 32DD = small. I used to be a 32DD and used to wear smalls in similar Champion bras, but they're a bit too tight now that I've gained a little weight and am a 32DDD. I was replacing those too-small bras, so I got a medium and it fit well without riding up. I like it, but it's not really quite medium support for me though.

Answer:	I believe you have to measure yourself for the right fit on this bra. Not use your regular bra size. I took my measurements and bought what the size chart said, and it was perfect.

Answer:	It will be if you get the right size which is hard to determine. I ordered a L first time. Too small. Last one I ordered was an XL and it does fit well. Answer:	I haven't had any chafing, once on it does not rub at all, but this bra isn't really supportive enough for running. You may want a bra better designed for high impact movement if you are going to run in it. The tag on it says medium support. It's more of a yoga/walking bra.
