Answer:	It depends on how big your breast are. In general I would always err on the side of caution and wear a bra when exercising. But then I am big chested (so I don't really have a choice). To get the most out of this band I would recommend that you wear a bra along with the band.

Answer:	To be honest, I haven't really noticed. I just do it up at the front and then turn round to the back. I guess sometimes I have the buband logo upside down so I must inadvertently turn it round like a normal bra, but either way up it works and the hooks never bother me. I've just looked and yes, mines the other way round too. It may be so that the hook and eye section sits flatter on your back rather than having 2 layers over each other which can dig in...
