Unclasp the buckle. Put the bra at 45 (let the buckle pointed to your belly button), try to cover the edge of your breasts. (Don't put the sticky bra horizontally.)

Stick the bra adhesive from the bottom to the top.

Leave some space(1-1.5cm) of the lowest point of your breasts. It's not right to stick at the bottom of your breasts.

Connect the buckle. Slightly lift up your breasts.
