Answer:	I know it is a little late to answer your question but maybe people looking to buy this bra it would help. I think these cups sizes are based on a 34 band size. The problem is that cup sizes are smaller in small band sizes, not all cups sizes are the same a 34d is a lot smaller than a 38d. The C cup I bought is the same size as a 34C, 32D, 30DD, 28E. I was a 30dd when I bought this and it fit well. Now that my breast and ribcage changed after pregnancy I am a 32dd the cup adds a little quadro boob. I would need the D cup but because it's not a bra to wear all the time just with summer tops that look better with no straps it solves the problem. If you just want coverage for certain tops this bra works. If you want the cups to fit like a regular bra, I would look for a regular strapless bra that has band sizes. The A cup in this bra fits a 34A, 32B, 30C, and 28D. The B cup fits, 36A,34B, 32C, 30D, 28dd. The C cup fits, 38A, 36B, 34C, 32D, 30dd, 28e.The D cup fits 40A, 38B, 36C, 34D, 32dd, 30e, 28f. The DD cup fits 42A, 40B, 38C, 36D, 34DD, 32E, 30F, 28FF or 28G depending on the brand of the bra. If your band and bra cup are not in the range I mentioned, this bra may not work for you. These cups are basically cup sizes in a 34 band size. The reason why I give it 4 stars is that your cup size changes with the band. A 28D cup is a lot smaller than a 38D cup. Which is why I think they should mark them by xsmall through xlarge. And they should have a plus size line, if you are plus size with large breast these won't fit. However they provide perfect backless solution if you fit in the size category I mentioned so they still get 4 stars.

WEARING STEPS:

Answer:	I don’t think so. But it holds very well.
Question:	Will this work for something that’s very low cut in the front
Answer:	You wont need to wash every time but when you do make sure you use a gentle soap and follow the instructions and make sure they are dry before putting them away. We recommend that you put the plastic paper back on and store them with the cups in the box after each use.
Question:	Im a 38 c/d cup. I am having alot of shoulder,neck & tension headache, I tried the stickies bra but they don't support. Will these help with pain
Answer:	If you have light skin, I'd suggest either the light or medium Nippies. If you have a you're tan or have darker Nipples. Medium would be your best option.
