Answer:	Size chart is based on waist and hips. If you're saying you have smaller waist, I'd go with size 15. There is a bit of stretch and may not be an issue with your thighs. Besides, you can always return.

Answer:	This would be a Junior size 1 and a missy size 2 If these are the dark one they run a little smaller than the lighter colors. You should be fine as these stretchand move with you.
Question:	If i wear a size 26W in all other jeans, will the 26W for these fit the same
Answer:	I would call them a semi boot cut. The circumference at the leg opening on mine (size 2) measures approximately 17" which is just about a little over an inch wider then the circumference at the knee.
Question:	If something is "30 long" does that mean the inseam is 30 inches
Answer:	Forgive me, haven't looked at their sizing chart lately. I typically wear a 5. When I read their chart sizing dimensions made itt look as though I should get the 6. So I did. Awesome jeans but too big. If your a true 5 I suggest you stay with that or consider their 3 (not full cotton/but a blend) so hold their sizing after being in dryer. Hope that helps.

Answer:	A 16 is a 32 or 34" waist normally /depending if you like your jeans snug or relaxed. For length measure your inseam - from crotch to the bottom of your foot. If wearing with boots add at least 2"

Answer:	I honestly do not remember the "inches" measurement to size measurement. But I can tell you that I usually wear 18 and the 19 was too big. Ordered the 17 and it fit perfectly, so my advice is size down not up.
