Answer:	I don't own a coffee maker so I don't know if it'll fit but I can tell you that the top of this diffuser is right about 3.25" across. I've used it in my large 3cup Ball canning jars as well as my tall tea mugs. Good luck and I hope this helps some.
Question:	I’m 5’9”, will this cover my knees
Answer:	It's 3.5" deep and 3.25" across the top, so it fits perfectly in a typical mug, but fills it! I use mine in a 12 oz thermal mug and absolutely love it. No little bits of rooibos can get through.. I hope this helps.
Question:	How does this hold up in the dryer
Answer:	I placed it upside down on a small square post. Traced as accurately as possible it at two opposite corners of the paper and I came up with 8.5 cm diam. (3 5/16-6/16") x 9.4 cm high. Hope it fits for you. I unfortunately have an XL teapot that it juuuuust slips through so I use a metal clip attached on the silicone at the top each side to keep it from falling in. I did do the measuring, etc, but the diameter dif was ever so slight. It's a great item anyway if you make loose tea.
