Answer:	It is more polyester and less pulling as a result so it’s awesome feeling and washes and dries very nicely. I am 5’4” and 148 and I ordered a Med. I like flow-ey types. This thing is plenty long so small may be perfect. Send it back if an issue as it can be difficult getting the true fit from the size charts.

Answer:	You could but depending upon your height (I'm 5'4") could shorten up.to.an undesirable length. Dress touches the ground softly so you could belt it with an inch or 2 bloused and it would still be pretty..more blowing gets you a tea length. Hope that helps a.bit. I am 142 pounds for reference.
