Answer:	I am 5'4", 150, size US 6 but larger on top. I got an XL and it just fits. I can put a sweater under it. It does have snaps and zippers all around that let 'out' more space if you had to put something thicker under it. Answer:	It might - go by the measurements. I purchased an XL for a fit that would accommodate a sweater. Compare these measurements to something else that fits you: Length, back of neck to hem is 28"; top of the shoulder seam to seam: 18"; back arm pit to arm pit: 25"; and top of sleeve shoulder seam to bottom of sleeve is 26". There's a bit of stretch to the fabric and it runs fairly true to an XL size. Hope this helps, it's a nice jacket.

Mine has a thin hood kept snapped underneath the collar. Has zip pockets...it didn't come with inner pockets which would've been even nicer. Just wish they'd state correct sizes as I appreciate people who take the time to give a review but some do not mention sizes with height and weight. I also wish more things were made in the U.S.A I'm certainly not complaining but everything is made elsewhere.
