First step

Put on the heated vest, connect USB pocket to power bank( The USB plug is compatible with most power banks on the market, Not including mobile power).

Second step

It will start to power on after long press the temperature control switch of vest for 3 seconds then freely choose the temperature that fits you.



LED Power Button

The first gear/highest (Red light), the temperature range is 131-149℉/55-65℃.

The second gear/medium (white light), the temperature range is 113-131℉/45-55℃.

The third gear/lowest (Blue light), the temperature range is 95-113℉/35-45℃.

Answer:	Not at all, they are open air mesh and frankly are not comfortable.

Answer:	Only 10E or 102E is wide. 10M is medium. For this model, I feel that the toe is wider. 10M is good for my 'fat' foot.
