Answer:	The waist was fine it was the length that was totally not like as shown. They were so long my ankles barely showed

Answer:	I have a size Large. I measured from the center seam to the edge while not wearing it and it was not stretched. It was 8 and 1/4 inches. There is a good amount to stretch to the fabric. I would think that while wearing it and stretched, it would be close to 9 inches.
