Answer:	They give the usual pre-dye precautions like be sure you aren't allergic, etc. Other than that, they don't even require washing hair first. The only precaution I'd add is be sure not to leave it on more than five minutes the first time at least - it can get pretty dark if you do!

Answer:	I'm a 38DDD. I sized down from XL and ordered size L. For the way my breasts are, the L holds me in perfectly for running without having to wear two sports bras. I do have to do some adjusting before going running. We have to do that anyway, but adjusting these only takes once. When running, your boobs are happily held in. For your 38H, try the 2XL, going by the by the bra cup order of D, E, F, G. Hope you like them as much as I like mine. I just ordered the 5 pack because these work so well for me.

Answer:	36D here and I ordered a Large but it’s too tight so I can’t imagine a medium being that comfortable for a 34D....for a 34D I would go with Large and for 36D an XL

Before you color

You'll need gloves, towel, t-shirt, and timer. No bowl or bottle needed, just your favorite Beautiful Collection shade.

Apply & Process

1. Apply a generous amount directly from the bottle onto washed, towel-dried hair. 2. Comb thoroughly to make sure color is distributed evenly. 3. Process for up to 25 minutes at room temperature. Rinse well. Do not shampoo.

Answer:	The sleeves are snug.
Question:	How thick are these, the cushion part
Answer:	I ordered a medium size and found it was looser than I liked. I later ordered a small. It’s a comfortable, snug fit on my short 36D frame. But not too tight that you’d feel you’re suffocating. Great for layering a short sleeved T-shirt over it.
Question:	Do these have seams on the toe area
Answer:	Yes. They are pretty thin and a bit see through. I purchased the pink one and the white one. If you where a colorful bra, def see through.
Question:	Do these come up above the ankle bone or sit below it
Answer:	I ordered a large. The sleeves are long! I prefer them to be.
