Answer:	These are not see-through. I have several pair of their shorts in both lengths and one pair of the leggings and am ready to buy more of these leggings in additional colors.

Besides, when leggings are large, you can always run a seam down the inside or outside leg, but if there are too small, there is no solution, except to give them to someone.

Although, when your socks don't CAUSE swelling, because they're too tight at the top, I believe that helps with circulation, quite a bit. I actually need a compression sock, but have severe rheumatoid arthritis and compression socks are completely impossible for me to put on. I don't bend in places that I used to and my hands can't grip tight socks and get them pulled up. I bought several pairs of compression socks and will have to donate them to the local women's shelter. I bought a two pack of the Dr. Scholl's unisex knee socks at Wal-Mart awile back and found them to be very comfortable. I can't STAND crew length socks! Even if they stay up, they just feel like a knee sock, that has slid down your calf and needs to be pulled up! Knee socks in general, are hard to find, let alone for a 10 shoe size foot and a medium size calf. I have a bunch of ankle socks, for Summer, that I bought in a set of many colors, with extra wide ankles, at Wal-Mart, years ago, that they no longer carry. I've mended them so many times, because they're comfortable and I'll NEVER find them again. I don't understand the clothing industry. If you're more than a size 6, you're considered large? Very few people are small, these days. Clothing and socks in the marketplace, should reflect that. At least Dr. Scholl's understands that not everyone is a small person. Now, if they could just make their socks in every color in the rainbow, even diabetics and larger people, can feel pretty, head to toe! So, no compression, but the swelling caused by tight socks, is no longer a problem for me, with Dr. Scholl's diabetic socks. Unless you're an extremely large person, these socks will allow your circulation to function normally, if you don't spend too much time standing or sitting.
