Answer:	It depends on your arches and if your feet pronate, supinate when walking. I have high arches and pronate. Bought Spenco high arches to replace inserts that come with shoe. Replaced shoe liner and Wow! So comfortable for 18 hours. Sturdy sole makes pronation near impossible. Likely Supination too, but I can't speak to that. Love this shoe! Ordered 4 colors total. I'm a 7 wide and the 7 gave me room in toebox, not too much, just enough. With high arches, the "sock" part is a bit snug, I can only wear thin socks. Which is fine, I live in warm climate. Hope this helps!

Answer:	There is not a true heel. It is more of a wedge. Measures about 1" at the ball of the foot, approximately 1 1/2" at the arch and about 2" at the heel. The heel is cupped a bit inside allowing for a nice arch.

Answer:	So I just bought these after wearing out my 1080V9. I've only had them for 2 days but they seem to fit and feel the same. The toe is a bit wider which I'm not crazy about but not sure its effecting my running either. I'm going to use these for training and get a new 1080v10 for races. I need 2 pair so these seemed like a good alternate. Nothing truly compares to my 1080's.

A: Well I weight 215 and I’m 5’3” and I brought a large. This dress has some great stretch to it. So depending on your regular size and how big your belly is, I’d go up 1-2 sizes.
