Answer:	Depending on your vehicle you might be able to add an extra handle. My 4runner only has 3 handles also so I use the two in the back seat and in the trunk there are two coats hooks. I removed the hooks and put the bolt through the webbing when I put the hooks back on. Its not the ideal solution but it works.

Answer:	The Trident model will not fit in a Tacoma bedrail system. For the Toyotas we designed our Single model to clamp on the bottom lip of the bedrail system. A search on Amazon for GFO Rod Holder should bring up all 3 of our rod holder designs.
