Answer:	I didn’t experience that. I lay mine flat to dry after I machine wash it.

Answer:	As you can see in the pictures, the poncho can be worn different ways. The main picture shows the poncho worn with a V-line and that makes the front longer. It can be worn with a straight neckline and, based on the pictures, wearing it that way would make it about waist length in the front and the arm covering longer. I have only worn it V-line and can confidently say its not belly-button/waist length.
