Answer:	I use delicate wash setting on my washer or you can actually hand wash it. I air dry mine on a clothesline or inside. I do not put them in the dryer.

Answer:	Hello - during the day no. Perhaps by the end of a long day after dinner I begin to feel a small headache come on. However, that would happen even if I was wearing my hair in a pony tail, wearing a hat, etc. anyways. For reference I have a slightly larger than average size head for a woman. I wear an adult M/L helmet. Hope this helps you!
Question:	Do these cause headaches with exteneded wear
Answer:	No. But you can sew inside something with smaller microns, or fold it with a covid layer in between the fold. But by itself it is not covid option. Please keep in mind if you chose to fold it and wear for covid purposes, Careful with subsequent wears/doning you don’t expose your membranes to the outer side you exposed to public. Basically no, this is not a covid option by itself regardless number folds unless another smaller micron material sandwiched between you and public. Masks with vents also are not covid safe and do not filter your exhaled breath to others either, so technically if you are contagious you could be killing others.

Answer:	You can wear these- they adjust to any size head and have plain styles-- I have the skull and faux leather one and those are pretty unisex in a smaller pack of 2. I believe you could prob reverse them as well to not see a pattern? They're plain/felt on the opposite side.
