Answer:	You need to measure your hand from the width of your palm to find the best fit. 2-2.5 inches across you would order an XS, 2.5-3 inches a small, 3-3.5 inches a medium and so on. I have small hands, measured 3 inches wide, and ordered a medium since many reviewers said to size up. They fit but do have a little gap in the palm. It's really not an issue though as far as grip goes.

Answer:	They definitely bunch across the top of your hand, right below the fingers at the callous line. They are a great alternative to gloves for weightlifting but , in my opinion, would not be suitable for parkour. If they slip bunch and slip on a pull up bar when kipping, which they do, I would not think they would be good for parkour. Unless you want to stop and pull them back up frequently.

Answer:	You're correct, you just roll it with one hand while you hold the wrap flat with the other. The wrap comes off very easily, you just slide it off. Works great for the price but does take some coordination.

Question:	Can this be worn in outdoor activity in the summer and stay cool
Answer:	Yes, there are two wraps, one for each hand. These are the none stretching Neanderthals, which, in my opinion, protect my hands better, and last longer. I have been happy with them. You should have someone at your gymn show you how to properly wrap your hands. Saves a lot of tendon pain down the road.
