Answer:	yes, it does work, but not as long as the directions say it does. Usually just 45 minutes. I don't know the size of the battery but it is heavy when it's on your arm or shoulder.

Answer:	yes, but the charge from any plug doesn't last as long as it says it does. It is also very heavy with the battery if you use it on your wrist or shoulder.

Answer:	Sorry, I don't know about heat, I've only used it for ice, which works well.

Answer:	This stays extremely cold for well over 30 minutes. I have had it on my knee for an hour and it is still cold.

Answer:	The ice pack 10 inches long and 5 inches wide. The holder is stretchy and Velcro attached to holder. I haven't used yet so can't really tell you if it works.

How to use the sealer?
