Some manufacturers do better than others, top ones Petzl and Black Diamond ... similar to LED household bulb efficiencies (lumens/watt). But let's say they are all equal in efficiency. This means a 360 lumen lamp will use much more than a 260, so if the 260 is 'plenty good', fewer batteries to buy. Think of this as a battery eater ... like razor blades, film (dating myself), printer cartridges. It may not be the razor or camera that is the dollar drain, it's the batteries. Even if you buy a 360, it should have a lower setting that is usable because your batteries will be eaten slower.

Question:	Some say these are tight, some say these are adjustable, some say they slide off. For a man's head, what has been your experience
Answer:	They are adjustable, though there is always some level of tension trying to pull the adjustment tighter. A medium size hat is a little tight on me, but a large will come of in the wind. I find 180s to be fine even when wearing glasses. Everyone's head is different though, and anything that cannot be tried on is a risk.
Question:	How do you wash these? Does the cloth shell need to be removed and washed seperately
Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry. Inside one of the inner pockets you will find care instructions. Label states: Hand Wash Cold. Do Not Wring. Do Not Bleach. Dry Flat. Do Not Iron.

Answer:	I guess that would depend on the size of the head it is being installed on. It seems that it would be snug on an average adult head.

Answer:	Hi Nayeli, You sound pretty tiny so there’s a good chance that a medium might be too big. A lot has to do with where the weight goes and how loose or tight one likes one’s clothing to be. Answer:	For smaller waists we recommend large for pre-pregnancy sizes 14-20 and XL for pre-pregnancy sizes 20-22. That's, of course, a general guideline. Some people prefer snugger and some looser, so personal preference does come into play. Thanks for asking, Dara
Question:	How does it feel while wearing ear buds? I have to listen to my music when I run
Answer:	Both cotton and bamboo are great, soft fabrics for bellybands, but bamboo is the softer of the fabrics, feeling more like silk. Bamboo is also superior at wicking, so people who sweat more tend to prefer bamboo. Finally bamboo wrinkles less than cotton. This doesn't take anything away from cotton, which does a great job as a layering garment, and most people really love, but others think that for a few more dollars bamboo is the way to go.

Question:	Can you wear these over the top of your head like a headband instead of behind it
Answer:	Both a medium and large will fit. However, if this is your first time wearing a waist trainer, you might want to go with the larger size. It will stretch out quickly but if you get the smaller one, and it's uncomfortable, you may be turned off from waist trainers. One waist trainer usually last me about 2 months. If you wear it everyday, as I do, it will get worn out quickly. I say that to say it's not something that you expect to last for months on end. You could also try it on with a tank top under it once you get it and if it's too small or large, return it and get the next size. Hope this helps.
