Trouble Shooting Steps: All WOLF winders are designed to have cycles rest between its winding cycles to ensure that the proper amount of tension is placed on the main spring of your watch. All watch cycles will take approximately 6 hours of winding and rest, and then will go into a 18 hour sleep phase before returning back to the winding cycles. When placing the cuff inside of the drum, please ensure that the watch strap is fastened securely so that the watch does not sway back and forth during its winding. Once you place the cuff inside of the drum, you will hear a clicking noise that will indicate when each side of the cuff is locked into the drum. All WOLF winders utilize gravity to rotate the rotor inside of your watch. This means that if the face of the watch is pointed towards the ceiling or ground, the rotor inside of your watch will be prohibited from rotating and therefore will not receive power.

Answer:	Yes you can close the glass face and it will in no way affect the working of this watch winder. U are free to keep it in any drawer with the face locked in its position. The watch winder works on battery as well as AC current which means that in places like drawers where there are no plug points this will operate just fine with Battery.

Answer:	As long as you have the individual unit turned on the green light will flash every two seconds. If you turn one of the units off, the light will not flash, Based on the picture I see, your unit, like mine, does not have a red LED so disregard any info about a red LED

Answer:	I have not tried that watch in particular, but the way watches are placed into it would make me think any watch that fits on a wrist will fit. The face area is quite large, and the holder is made of compressible foam, so you compress the foam and slip the closed band over it, face outward. So thickness should not matter (compresses in that dimension).

Answer:	No. It is a 20 weight oil. The container says for 1/4 hp or larger motors. If your laptop has a 1/4 hp fan motor its not what most would call a laptop by a long ways...

Answer:	Yes, although Liquid Wrench main use is releasing corroded nuts and bolts. Being a thin lubricant, it penetrates easily but will dissipate readily. Thicker is WD40 then 3 in 1 oil ( probably best for your application) then lithium grease spray which is good for garage doors, etc.
Question:	Will this work on 220v
Answer:	The can does state that it is a lubricant with PTFE and can be used on small appliances. I'd use a little heavier weight oil if the bearings can be oiled at all, most are sealed.
Question:	Where is this winder made in
Answer:	It depends on the bike. If you have a high performance bike, I wouldn't. The over spray may be difficult to manage and you should consider drip top chain lube.

Answer:	The winder comes with a standard size cuff that can be too big for fixed bracelet depending on the wrist size. Wolf does have a small cuff that can be purchased ($15?) if needed. Currently I am using it for both man and woman's watches and don't have any issue. Does the woman's watch have a fixed bracelet that cannot be adjusted or does it have an adjustable leather strap?

Answer:	Dear Honest, I currently have six (6) units laced together & running directly into a single power cord. Your Wolf 454011's should have had 'patch cords' & power cord options included with each. I wish Amazon allowed me to post pics for you. But, on the backside of each unit is a single plug; where either the 'lacing cord' is plugged or the direct power cord. Two units at a time are patched together. Then you either branch off to another winding unit or into the AC power cord. Hence my six laced. Hope this helps.

Answer:	The material on the cushion is soft fabric. And the material lining on the inside barrel is felt. I have not had any scratch issues on my bracelet using this Wolf winder.

Answer:	Hello, I am not sure, most probably China, but since I purchased, it is always on on all 3 winders, no issues, from this point of view. Only one support of watches does not lock very well , but I am also having a very big and heavy watch

Answer:	I never noticed but just held the container up to light and it appears to be some small clumps of thick brown liquid in the bottom. I've had this for over a year. Used mostly on fan motors. It works great. I'd say whatever it is does not affect the products lubracating capabilities.

Answer:	If you just hold the can upside down with the top removed, the oil will very slowly drip out. If you squeeze the can, the oil will come out in a stream. It's easy to control the amount of oil you need.

Question:	Can the led light be turned off? i feel like that light could be bothersome if you're trying to sleep
Answer:	It's going to be pretty close, but if any watchwinder can handle it, this one will. My largest watch is 46mm and it's pretty thick, and is accommodated easily. You will likely be able to fit that into this watch winder. I can't say what it will do to the motors over time, but it's really solid and absolutely silent, even when all are working at the same time.
Question:	I'd like to know how to contact Jins & Vico because their watch winders are known for lasting just over a year and the motors stop working
Answer:	It's a 2.7. 2.1 module doesn't have the an option to program TPD to 650 like most Swiss watch recommend such as Rolex or cartier. I bought module 2.1 and had to return it because lowest setting is 900 TDP. Rolex repair support says that's too fast.

Our watch winder are 40 degrees and needs to be turned more turns to get enough power. Our watch winder are 2880turns per day. Which can supply enough power but not over wound watches. We test our watch winder with Rolex, it will not cause over wound, don't worry. Sorry we do not have TPD setting, hope you could understand.

2 minutes turning, 6 minutes resting and cycle repeats, spinning speed is about 8 turns in one minute, and about 2880 turns per day, In this mode, the watch will be wound at clockwise, and the winder works forever, you can keep the watches for long time. Most automatic mechanical watches can be wound fully in this mode, but some brand not. Such as some of “Jaeger” etc.

2.counter-Clockwise Mode

2 minutes turning, 6 minutes resting and cycle repeats, spinning speed is about 8 turns in one minute, and about 2880 turns per day, In this mode, the watch will be wound at counter clockwise, and the winder works forever, you can keep the watches for long time. Most automatic mechanical watches can be wound fully in this mode. And If you watch can be only wound at this mode, please select this mode.

Note: If you watch can only be wound anti-clockwise, please do not choose this mode.

3.Clockwise + Counter-clockwise mode

Clockwise 2 minutes turning, 6 minutes resting then Counter-clockwise 2 minutes turning, 6 minutes resting and the cycle repeats, the speed is also about 8 turns in one minute, and about 2880 turns per day.  It is an easy mode, you don't need to know how your watch has been wound, in this mode, the winder never stops. If you want to keep the watches for a long time, you can select this mode.

4.Non-Intermittent Clockwise + Counterclockwise Mode

Clockwise 5 minutes turning then counter-clockwise 5 minutes turning. This cycle will repeat for 3 hours then rest for 9 hours before beginning again (and about 2880 turns per day, clockwise 1440 turns, counter-clockwise 1440 turns).

This mode is a dream mode when you have a daily working schedule, start the watch winder at a right time, when you get back home, place the watch back to winder, and the watch will be fully wound within 3 hours. Then the winder will stop for 9hours, in this 9 hour you will hear nothing, then after 9 hour resting, it starts working again.
