Answer:	No, but this will work well. The recommended setting for one of my watches is around 680 and this works great. Also, it rotates clockwise and counter-clockwise and unless your watch charges on both, 1,300 rotations will be 650 from a charging perspective. Good luck!
Question:	When most watches seem to recommend 650-800 turns per day, why does this unit start at ~550 and then next setting jump to
Answer:	Good question! Because some watch brand is wond only in one direction, either clockwise or counter clockwise, while others is wond in both directions. My watch winder's programm is automatic rotate in both directions. Normally mode 2 with 576 is enough for daily usage watch. But for one direction wond watch , under mode 2, one direction is only wond 288, they needs double of the winding, so it needs to go next mode for double winding in one direction. Once watch's winding is enough, watch will stop to accept the winding automatically, no needs to worry about over winding.

1.Clockwise Mode

2 minutes turning, 6 minutes resting and cycle repeats, spinning speed is about 8 turns in one minute, and about 2880 turns per day, In this mode, the watch will be wound at clockwise, and the winder works forever, you can keep the watches for long time. Most automatic mechanical watches can be wound fully in this mode, but some brand not. Such as some of “Jaeger” etc.

2.counter-Clockwise Mode

2 minutes turning, 6 minutes resting and cycle repeats, spinning speed is about 8 turns in one minute, and about 2880 turns per day, In this mode, the watch will be wound at counter clockwise, and the winder works forever, you can keep the watches for long time. Most automatic mechanical watches can be wound fully in this mode. And If you watch can be only wound at this mode, please select this mode.

Note: If you watch can only be wound anti-clockwise, please do not choose this mode.

3.Clockwise + Counter-clockwise mode

Clockwise 2 minutes turning, 6 minutes resting then Counter-clockwise 2 minutes turning, 6 minutes resting and the cycle repeats, the speed is also about 8 turns in one minute, and about 2880 turns per day. It is an easy mode, you don't need to know how your watch has been wound, in this mode, the winder never stops. If you want to keep the watches for a long time, you can select this mode.

4.Non-Intermittent Clockwise + Counterclockwise Mode

Clockwise 5 minutes turning then counter-clockwise 5 minutes turning. This cycle will repeat for 3 hours then rest for 9 hours before beginning again (and about 2880 turns per day, clockwise 1440 turns, counter-clockwise 1440 turns).

This mode is a dream mode when you have a daily working schedule, start the watch winder at a right time, when you get back home, place the watch back to winder, and the watch will be fully wound within 3 hours. Then the winder will stop for 9 hours, in this 9 hour you will hear nothing, then after 9 hour resting, it starts working again.
