Answer:	I've only seen it / used it in a front to back motion... when you are extended it puts considerable strain on your back and core, so doing a side to side might end up putting too much strain on those areas... not to mention it would just be awkward. You do you - but I wouldn't risk injury to my back trying to get creative with it.

Answer:	Hi Jennifer, this depends on your individual goal and past experience in doing ab exercises. As a beginner, it's important to use the ab roller with the correct form. So I would start off with just 1 to 2 sets per day, and do as many repetitions as you can without losing form. Once you are confident in your form then you can increase the sets to 3 to 4 with up to 15 repetitions. If you are sore from the previous workout then you can leave 1 to 2 days before using the ab roller again. If your primary goal is to strengthen your abs and core then doing cardio is not required. However if your aim is weight loss and toning up then it may be a good idea to incorporate few cardio exercises/session in the week - those cardio exercises can be on different days to when you use the ab roller. Answer:	The web page lists the dimensions as 11.8 x 8.1 x 10.8 inches. That looks pretty accurate in relation to my measurement. However, that represents the dimensions when closed. When open, each side adds an additional 8" in width.

Answer:	The jewelry box has 11 hooks for hanging necklaces, so I would say a minimum of 11 necklaces. But I double up necklaces on some hooks, so mine holds even more.

Answer:	I imagine any good wood polish will do.

Answer:	The carving is a very beautiful floral pattern routed out of the same wood used for the rest of the box. I love natural, unpainted wood. This was perfect for me in that it is a well-built, sturdy, real wood box for my precious jewels and has a feminine touch without being too girly. (I tried getting a pic of it on here but wasnt able) This is absolutely my favorite of any jewelry box I have ever seen, which says a lot since I searched the entire web for the perfect one! It has more space than most armoires. I have a large collection of necklaces so the entire side featuring 11 large hooks to hang necklaces and a tray at the bottom to rest them so I do not close the box, pinching them. There is a space for everything. I've had mine for over a year and it's as good as new. LOVE IT.

Answer:	This is a square box with a glossy white exterior finish. The inner dimensions are 3 & 1/4" by 3 & 1/4" wide and 1" deep. A compressible fiber pad that is 3 & 1/4" square by 1/2" high is included. If the bangle is no larger than 3 & 1/4" in circumference and under 1" wide it will fit without the pad and with the lid fully seated. If the pad is used the lid might be raised slightly.

Answer:	They are fully constructed and arrive with a fiber pad enclosed and the lid on the box. These are fine boxes for gifting. My wife is pleased with their quality and appearance.
Question:	How deep are the bottom 2 drawers
Answer:	They are glossy and has a coating. The description said you can stamp, paint, print, etc. They did not take my pigment stamp ink nor the permanent waterproof stamp ink. Great quality glossy boxes with great, thick cushion pad inside, but you can’t stamp on them. I’ll have to have logo stickers made to put on them.
