Answer:	Not quite sure, but it's pretty strong to hold everything, the hooks are metal though if that helps. I love mine, it makes a great wall filler

Question:	How do you install it? I'm having the hardest time using a hammer so I'm curious to know how else people were able to install it
Answer:	There are 2 screws with drywall anchors included. The anchors are not self-drill / not pointed, so I had to drill (7/32” or thereabouts) into the drywall after marking my desired location with a level. You then gently hammer or tap the anchor into the pre-drilled drywall hole til it is flush. Next, line up the anchor holes with the organizer’s and use the 2 included screws to affix the unit to the wall.

Answer:	Type 1 has a removable tray held on with magnets, and type 2 tray is integrated, non-removable. Also appears as though type 1 is leather-look tray, while type 2 is all wood-look.

Question:	What to do the door won’t lock when this is hanging? My kids just east push the door and come IN
Answer:	i don’t have any problems my door opens and closes very tightly.
Question:	Do the brackets for hanging on a door fit the door snugly? My door is just under 1.5” thick
Answer:	My door is the same thickness and it fits well. If you want it a little tighter you can bend the bracket a little before you hang it. Personally I didn't do that it fits fine.
Question:	I didn't get the screws and the mount..how can I get that
Answer:	Mine was missing as well but have not gotten a response from the seller
Question:	I have plenty of rings and necklaces wondering how many can fit
Answer:	It can hold quite a few. The challenge is the chunkier, statement necklaces as they can only fit on the inside section where it's deeper. The hooks on the inside of the door are better for chains. I haven't used the ring section yet as I don't have that many but about at least 20 can fit. Hope this helps!
