Answer:	Enough for a 2” door. :)

Answer:	You'd have to screw through the cabinet back into drywall anchors or mount a hook on back you could lift cabinet onto the wall hook. You could find hardware to wall mount at Lowe's or Home Depot. Mine was gift to my daughter.

Answer:	The door does shut. I didn't like the door hooks so I opted to mount to the back of the door since I didn't have enough wall space. You do have to adjust the hinges to compensate for the weight but one of my better organizing purchase in awhile.
