In order to get the proper fit, I recommend using a tape measure and and grab the measurements from around the top of the knee and around the bottom of the knee (where the kneepad fits) A size small would fit an 11" on the top and 10" on the bottom. A size medium would fit 12" on the top and 11" on the bottom. A size large would fit 13" on the top and 12" on the bottom. If she happens to fall between two sizes, I recommend going with the smaller size for a tighter fit and a larger size for a looser fit. I hope this helps! |

Ex beach or indoor players often use their older official leather/composite balls that get heavy with water use (so official beach Wilson, Mikasa, Spalding KOB's). Most of those balls are 24"-28" inches. Lighter plastic balls are better for shoulder but are not good for environment. "Biribol" is a pool tournament volleyball variant in Brazil, they use a light 24.5 inch yellow, brand name "Penalty" Biribol ball. |
