Even on my laptop which can NOT play and charge the Bose SoundLink at the same time, and has issues with the Amazon Basics USB-powered speakers, I'm happy to say that this SoundWorks OontZ works great, even when both the USB power and AUX cables are plugged in to the same laptop (sharing a ground between the AUX and the USB connections apparently causes problems with the other devices).

Answer:	What you should be asking is: Are these bluetooth speakers "TWS" capable? No, they are not. The term TWS (or True Wireless Stereo) refers to a technology which allows you to pair two audio devices via Bluetooth, meaning that you can transmit the "left channel" and the "right channel" separately. I have the Ultra's (which are amazing speakers) and they are TWS capable. They are worth the additional money I spent for them. If the bluetooth speaker(s) can do it, it will be listed under the speaker's features as "TWS capable". Honestly, this particular speaker just fine without TWS. It's perfect as a work speaker and plays horizontally or vertically in a cup holder in your company vehicle (be smart and buy the padded case for this speaker). If you use it in a company vehicle (or you personal vehicle), place the speaker vertically in a center cup holder (instead of a cup holder on the left or right side of the vehicle). Also, it does very well as a portable sound bar as long as you have a 3.5mm stereo cable (6 - 15 feet long works well) to connect to your LCD TV or Projector. Lastly, consider your location where you're playing the speaker: **If you're playing the speaker in a small room, it will sound loud. **if you're playing the speaker outside, it won't sound that loud. Oontz Speakers are wonderful speakers. In my opinion, the only other affordable bluetooth speaker that I use on a daily basis that's worth mentioning is the MPOW SoundHot Q2 bluetooth shower speaker (the marketing term "shower" simply means the speaker can get really wet and still function). Question:	Does this Baby Yoda Nightlight need batteries to work
Answer:	The manufacturer (Cambridge) rates the Angle 3 at 7 hours compared to 15-20 hours for the Angle 2 and a mere 5 hours for the OontZ Curve. Having owned all three, I can't dispute those figures. I'm unhappy with Cambridge's sudden decision (after a mere 2-3 months) to replace the Angle 2 with the Angle 3. They're sufficiently unlike one another to be concurrently carried rather than obsolesced. The 2 is the larger speaker (actually bigger than the UE Mini Boom) with the extra size accounting for the extra long life of the battery. The 3 is slightly lighter and more compact, bringing it closer--in size and battery life--to the company's exceedingly popular OontZ Curve. The 3 also has a tighter seal for greater resistance to water. But all 3 speakers sound like slightly above-average $30 speakers to the trained ear. If you listen to instrumental music (jazz, classical) and not simply "pop vocals", I'd strongly recommend investing in the higher-quality Oontz Angle speaker (at 3-4 times the cost) unless you can afford the rightly acclaimed Bose Mini Bluetooth (6-7 X the cost). In the $25-30 price range, I prefer the Oontz Curve for its visible, user-friendly controls. Neither the Angle 2 or 3 sounds any better in processing bass frequencies in a richly textured environment (horns, piano, drums and bass--which goes largely unheard in any of these 3 speakers). P.S. I notice that sellers are trying to get $10 for the now discontinued Angle 2 speakers. At that price I can live with 1/3rd the battery life (water-proofing is a non-factor, since I take my rubber ducky with me during bath times).
