Answer:	I'm not sure what a punch needle is but this will fit small eye needles. It has a longer wire to work on sergers.

Answer:	If you are asking if the longer wire part bends, the answer is yes. Keep in mind that this is a typical needle threader attached to the end of a length of fairly flexible thicker wire. If you are not familiar with a typical needle threader, search Amazon and you will see a photo. I use the Dritz 907 each time I need to re-thread my serger. I hope this helps. Zooming in on the Dritz 907 photo is not helpful. It does not show the bottom part of the threader.

Answer:	It has a wire on the end. You thread the wire through the eye, then the thread through the wire and pull it through to tread the eye.

Answer:	I found this shirt runs from true to ever so slightly small. If you wear a medium and like a fairly close fitting shirt get medium. If you want it baggie go up a size. I am 5’7” and weigh 128, Small chested. So size small is perfect fit. Hope this helps. LOVE this shirt BTW. GREAT QUALITY.
