Question:	I'm asking the seller is the sizing american or irish sizing
Answer:	I typically wear a 16.5-17 inch Oxford. These shirts fit very much the same. I do not button and unbutton the shirts, I pull them over my head with the top 5 buttons undone. The size I buy is only XL. So for me that is consistent with 17 inch collars. Hope this helps

Question:	Do you maoe short sleeved verisons
Answer:	Yes, true to size.
Question:	My arms are long and measure about 26" and your xl says 36.5". Hmm
Answer:	I wear a 34 sleeve in a dress shirt which is long enough to show with a sport coat. All that said, because of the way the shirt is cut, it is difficult to be exact the the sleeve length. I'm guessing on my Medium it sits right around 33-33.5 inches and sits pretty much right on my wrist bone. If you bend your arm too much it feels to short, so I tend to wear the sleeves rolled up, which still looks good. I got the medium because I didn't want the extra material around the waist and I don't plan on buttoning the top button. I don't wash the shirt in warm water because if it shrinks at all the sleeves would definitely be too short. Hope this helps!

Answer:	These shirts are a a very full cut. Without knowing ypyr waist size, a 3XL may be larger/wider than you're used to... plus the sleeves may be even longer than typical 2Xl. . If you wash in cold and hang dry - as I do - shrinkage is evident. Hope this helps.
